When choosing a company to work for I wanted a company that shared my values of taking care of the customer, communication, and that the company was there to assist you in being the best you can be. Integrity 1st. Mortgage makes all of that possible. In addition to the aforementioned there is an open door policy with the management team that is there to serve. They want to make it a win/win for everybody. Customer Service to me is being there for the client, be able to address as many of their concerns in a timely manner. This being their largest purchase in buying a home I need to be available for them throughout the transaction to insure any of the concerns are addressed. Since I work by referral, I want my clients really satisfied and willing to refer me to their friends and family members knowing that they will be well taken care during the loan process. |
